Medical Needle Tubes/Cannulas are the main metal part of the injection needles. They’re specifically designed to be the core component of hypodermic needles for medical and pharmaceutical. These needle tubes are generally manufactured by medical grade stainless steel 304 raw material due to its good resistant to corrosion, good durability and high hardness. Injection needle tubes are usually firstly welded from SUS304 stainless steel strips into capillary tubes. Then they are processed through reducing outer/inner diameter, straightening, cleaning, annealing, cutting into fixed length. And the capillary tubes will be grinded by machines and form a bevelled needle tip. Finally, needle tubes will be mechanical polished, cleaned, dried, inspected, and packaged.
